Fleet product
Fleet Product is a project of the Europe Net Association focused mainly on small and medium size transport companies looking for non-stop assistance service available anywhere in Europe on one phone number.
The assistance services within the Fleet Product are organized thanks to the partners in the Europe Net - therefore not via the official centrals of the assistance services of the individual manufacturers of trucks.
The organization of the assistance service via the Europe Net allows decreasing the price for the administration fees and offer to the participants of the Fleet Product the lowered fee of the foreign central office in amount of EURO 40. Standard for this fee is from EURO 55 to 70 for a common type of assistance service.
Another advantage is for the vehicles included in the Fleet Product Program the ability to follow the provided assistance service on-line using the assign access to the ENIA web application. The possibility to participate in the Fleet Product Program is another advantage for the vehicles with the Servis 24 Customer Card
