Customer card

The Servis 24 customer card serves as the carrier of the information on the assistance service contacts. Each card is assigned to one vehicle, and it is non-delegable. The identification using the customer card number when contacting the assistance service at the pertinent phone number allows the operator of the call centre to automatically find the information on the vehicle corresponding to the card, and the information on the automatic payment guaranty (if the automatic payment guaranty with certain validity has been issued by the dealer when providing the data on the card holder). zákaznická karta

We offer three version of the Servis 24 customer card

  1. Category I - Basic
  2. Category II - Advanced
  3. Category III – Fleet Product

Category I – Basic, Category II – Advanced.

The cards are designed for distribution via the authorized dealers. After signing the general contract and consequent assigning of these types is to the related vehicle provided automatic coverage of repairs up to the agreed price. When ordering assistance service, it is not necessary to send an written order nor payment guaranty. In addition, the Category II Advanced provides to the customer a discount of 30 – 50 % for the fees for providing the assistance service and other advantages directly to the dealer.

Category III – Fleet Product

The card is designed directly for the vehicle owners, who want to use the prospective discounts on fees for providing the assistance service. Further, the card holder is guarantied a lowered fee for providing the assistance service from a foreign central in amount of EURO 40. In addition, the card holder can follow the solution process on-line, using the assign access to the European system ENIA. Detailed information can be found on separate page “Fleet Product”
